🔹 Liturgical Use

The ciborium is a covered, cup-shaped vessel used to hold the consecrated Hosts (the Body of Christ) — both during Mass and for reservation in the Tabernacle.

  • Used to distribute Holy Communion to the faithful during Mass
  • Kept in the Tabernacle between Masses to store the reserved Blessed Sacrament for the sick, dying (Viaticum), and adoration
  • Must also have a gilded interior where the hosts rest
  • The lid is essential — distinguishing it from a chalice — as it protects the reserved Sacrament

A Gift of Enduring Faith

Whether you are outfitting a newly established parish, replacing a treasured vessel, or seeking a meaningful gift for an ordination or church anniversary, our European-made chalices and ciboria speak to the heart of Catholic worship — beauty in service of the sacred.

Each piece arrives carefully packaged, ready to be received with the dignity it was made to inspire.
