1. ORDER Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  •  Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
  • Back orders or special-order items (including items sourced from our European partners) may require additional lead time. You will be notified by email if this applies to your order.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply).
  • P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only.

3. INTERNATIONAL Shipping

The Clergy Store ships internationally to select countries. International orders are shipped via standard international carriers.

  • International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
  • The Clergy Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or local postal services.
  • All applicable customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@theclergystore.com

4. SHIPPING Rates & Shipping Threshold

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

 

  • Oversized or fragile items (such as sacred vessels) may incur additional shipping surcharges. These will be noted on the product page.

5. ORDER Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

  • Track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@theclergystore.com

6. DAMAGED or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

  • For damaged items: Please retain all original packaging and take clear photographs of the damage. Email us at support@theclergystore.com with your order number and photos.
  • For lost shipments: We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution times vary by carrier.
  • The Clergy Store will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. BACKORDERS & Special Orders

Some items — particularly those handcrafted by our European partners — may be subject to extended lead times due to manufacturing schedules.

  • You will be notified by email if any item in your order is on backorder, along with an estimated ship date.
  • You may choose to wait for the item, substitute it for another product, or cancel the back-ordered item for a full refund.
  • Special or custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
