Returns:

• We are happy to receive your return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund back to your original form of payment.
• Items received outside of our 30-day return period will be returned to you. All items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition as you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
• Please note, any faulty items returned to us will be subject to an inspection to confirm a manufacturing fault.
• We do not offer exchanges for online orders returned to our warehouse.

Metalware:

• All Sacred Vessels are made to order. Please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery. Sacred Vessels are not returnable, unless there is a manufactrers defect. Please email support@theclergystore.com if you have any questions before making a puchase for Metalware.

Order Cancellation Clause:

Cancellation by the Buyer:

• The Buyer may cancel an order by providing written notice to the Seller within 5 days from the date of the order confirmation. The cancellation notice must be sent via email to support@theclergystore.com or call our toll free number at 1-888-949-9555
• If the Buyer cancels the order within 5 days from the order confirmation, the Seller will issue a full refund of any payments made, less any non-refundable processing fees or costs as specified below.
• Orders canceled after 5 days from the order confirmation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded to the Buyer within 7-10 business days after the cancellation notice is received.

Cancellation by the Seller:

• The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment processing.
• If the Seller cancels the order, the Buyer will receive a full refund of any payments made within 5 days of the cancellation notice.

Exceptions: 

• The cancellation policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, metalware, apparel goods, or services once they have been performed or delivered.

Dispute Resolution: 

• Any disputes arising from order cancellations will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the agreement between the Buyer and Seller. 

Amendments: 

• The Seller reserves the right to amend this cancellation clause at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Buyer, and the updated clause will apply to orders placed after the date of the amendment.

Online Refunds:

Once your return has been processed and you have received your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your available funds. This can vary depending on your bank and payment method. You will be refunded via your original form of payment.

• For all credit card purchases, please allow 3-5 business days.
• PayPal refunds will be received within 2-3 business days.
• Gift card refunds will appear on your card within 24 hours. If your payment was made using one or more gift cards and a credit card, we’ll refund the gift card you entered first during the checkout, followed by your payment card. Please keep all gift cards used to place an order in case of returns.

Shipping Refunds:

Your shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched. However, shipping costs will be refunded if:

• you cancel your order before dispatch.
• you return a faulty item; or
• The Clergy Store cancels your order due to stock availability.

Refund Not Received:

 If your return has not been delivered to us yet:

• review your returns tracking number to confirm the location of your parcel; and
• keep in mind that returns processing can take up to 10 business days and may take longer during promotional periods.

Lost Returns:

• If you’ve waited 10 business days and your return has been lost in transit, The Clergy Store will be required to make an investigation with the relevant courier on your behalf.
• Please note this process takes a minimum of 10 business days for an outcome and is standard industry practice.
